This class is for anyone who would like to increase their flexibility and range of motion. You will learn how to safety stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, and back while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility.

Classes consist of active stretching exercises for every muscle. Stretching students do thorough work on their backbends, hip openers, and splits.
Our instructor correct and gently pushes you deeper, building your flexibility slowly and safely.
